The Lowdown
We're offering free hosting, free website (a highly super-charged version of Zen Cart with many e-commerce friendly modules already installed), free product updates, free photos, and the best prices on mobile phones from any supplier on the Internet.
There's a very modest setup fee that we need you to pay the programmer to setup the site. The fee is totally worth it because your site is user friendly and you can count on us to get the job done right. You can visit our site to catch a glimpse of what your site will look like in action.
You have full access to the admin side of the cart. You can make your own prices, you can sell any products you want, you can customize your banners and content. It's yours to do what you want with. Collect your own payments using your own payment methods.
I know it sounds too good to be true, but it's true. Basic principle: if you're successful then so are we.
After receiving your setup fee payment we'll get the site started immediately by sending you our 'Getting Started Guide,' which goes over all aspects of the setup process.

Who we are
Quad-Band-Phones.com (“QBP”) is a website owned by Shenzhen CE and IT Limited (“SZCE”), a consumer electronics development and sales company registered in Hong Kong. The QBP Reseller Network gives our resellers everything they need to be able to focus on sales and customer service. Leveraging QBP's dedicated IT and sourcing departments resellers are provided with cutting edge web development services and the newest products sourced quickly from the product developers in Shenzhen, China. By breaking down the business of online sales into focused departments all parties involved are able to excel by doing what they do best.
What's does QBP expect from the reseller?
Any dedicated dropship reseller will easily sell 1-2 phones per day. Selling 1-2 phones per day equals about $100 in daily revenues or $3,000 per month. QBP would like to see resellers purchasing at least $2,500 per month.
Are there any fees?
If the reseller purchases $1,000/month from QBP, then there are NO fees.
If the reseller isn't able to reach $1,000/month in purchases from QBP then we'll charge only $4.99/month. Resellers can cancel at anytime without any fees/penalties/any additional charges whatsoever.
(Note: this policy was updated 12/27/09. The monthly goal was originally $2,500 and charge $14.99.)
Permissions – what is allowed and not allowed (payment, products, ftp, modules)
Resellers will have full access to the administration section of their shopping cart. This allows resellers to control:
1. Payment method they use (resellers collect their own payments and options include authorize.net, paypal, google checkout, global gateway, and Money Order / COD)
2. Which products are listed
3. Banners on the site
4. All the content on the site
Resellers will not have FTP access. Any work needed to be done through the FTP will be managed by QBP and the cost to do this work will be agreed upon before the work is done.
Product and Site Updates
QBP welcomes suggestions from resellers about how to make the site better. If there is a module which a reseller wants to see added to the site QBP will do this work for the reseller and update their site. The programming cost can be agreed upon before the programming is done.
QBP uses RSS to alert resellers each time a new product is added to the site. Resellers can easily access the newest QBP.com product data feed that has all the updated product information and upload it directly into the own. This is a standard service and it's free.
Working together to help each other's business
The goal of this program is to give resellers everything needed to run a profitable ecommerce site. The fees that QBP charges for FTP based updates and setup fees are kept as low as possible in order to foster the development and success of our resellers. QBP is a drop shipper of mobile phones and accessories and is not setup to serve end clients, which is what the reseller does. QBP is dedicated to align its own interests with those of the reseller. If you have any suggestions about what else QBP can do to support you, the reseller, please speak up.
Relationship between QBP.com and the Reseller site
There will be no obvious association between the reseller's site and QBP.com. The layout will be the same, but the color scheme and banners are different. QBP uses a Zen Cart template that has been customized from its original version. QBP will setup a reciprocal link between QBP.com and the reseller site to help the SEO of both websites. The links will be unnoticeable to people viewing either site.
What about email accounts?
All email accounts run through Google. This gives the reseller total control and autonomy over their email accounts. Email addresses which use googlemail include the domain of the website (as opposed to 'gmail'). For example for the URL www.phonemonster.com the google email address would be (name)@phonemonster.com.
