Shipping Terms:
Processing Orders Of 1-4 Units
-Processing of orders of 1 to 4 units, from when we receive your order to the time it ships, is generally 1 day, but may take up to 3 days (depending on the customers order). In the event that a order takes longer than 3 days to process, Quad-Band-Phones will email the customer with the status of their order.
-Quad-Band-Phones default courier service for orders of 1-4 units is Hong Kong Post. From when the order is shipped to when it is delivered is generally 7 to 14 days, but may take an additional 2~4 days (depending on destination).
-Time from when an ordered is confirmed payed to delivery using Quad-Band-Phones defualt courier service is generally 8 to 15 days, but may take an additional 2~7 days (depending on destination and order).
-Quad-Band-Phones uses registered mail (with online tracking number) for all cell phone purchases. Quad-Band-Phones does not offer tracking numbers on orders for accessories totaling under 20 USD.
Expedited or 4+ Unit Order Processing
-In the event where a customer requires faster shipping for orders of 4 or less units than is available using Quad-Band-Phones default courier service, customers are recommended to expedited shipping using our faster courier services such as UPS or EMS which are available when purchasing the phone.
-In the even where a customer order more than 4+ units, customers are recommended to use courier services such as UPS or EMS to save on shipping costs.
-Processing of orders of 1 to 4 units, from when we receive your order to the time it ships, is generally 1 day, but may take up to 3 days (depending on the customers order). In the event that a order takes longer than 5 days to process, Quad-Band -Phones will email the customer with the status of their order.
-Courier services such as EMS or UPS generally take from 3 to 8 days, but may take an additional 2~3 days (depending on destination).
-Time from when an ordered is confirmed payed to delivery using courier services such as UPS or EMS is generally 4 to 10 days for orders of 4 or less units, but may take an additional 2~4 days (depending on destination).
-Time from when an ordered is confirmed payed to delivery using courier services such as UPS or EMS is generally 5 to 12 days for orders of 4 or more units, but may take an additional 3~6 days (depending on destination and order).
Shipping Insurance
-Shipping insurance is available upon request. The charges and rules of shipping insurance vary by shipping method, so please inquire if you would like to find out about insurance options.
Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
-All purchases, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, are FOB Shenzhen, China. This means our accountability extends up to where the shipping company receives the goods. Charges thereafter (insurance, local destination delivery fees, VAT, GST, Duties and Customs Fees, etc) are assumed by the buyer.
Declined/Refused Shipments For Customers Of Dropshippers/Reselleres
-In case where the customer of a member of Quad-Band-Phone's dropshipping/reseller programs declines or refuses shipments of an order, Quad-Band-Phones will not be held responsible unless the phone is DOA.
-Dropshippers/ Resellers wishing to return the order to China will be responsibe for shipping fees plus and additional USD 4.95 processing fee.
Mishandled Shipments at Destination
-In cases where a local country postal service turns deliveries over to the wrong shipping address or to a different 3rd party, Quad-Band-Phones will work with the customer to receive their package, but can not guarantee delivery or offer compensation in cases where they delivered to the address indicated in the order.
Warranty Policy:
Quad-Band-Phones Warranty
-Quad-Band-Phones offers a one month warranty on all units, accessories and orders (unless another time frame is explicitly indicated by email or within the items description). The one month warranty is 30 days and begins from when the order is shipped to the customer's location
Units Covered by Warranty
-Quad-Band-Phones warranty policy covers defects limited to the following
1. DOA (Dead On Arrival) units (including units with structural damage)
2. Units which develop serious faults not due to normal wear and tear
3. Units whose firmware/software defects makes it inoperable
Units Not Covered by Warranty
-Quad-Band-Phones warranty policy does not cover defects including
1. Units which have exceeded the warranty period
2. Units which have been scratched/ cracked/ or otherwise damaged due to abuse or mishandling
3. Units which include non operable programs/software whose functions are not centeral to the running of the phone (Java applications, Windows mobile programs, ect), or programs which can easily be downloaded and reinstalled.
4. Units which have been rendered inoperable due to firmware updates/uploads
5. Units which have been flashed with firmware (whether the same or different firmware)
Compensation For Units Covered by Warranty
-All orders which have been delivered and develop faults covered by Quad-Band-Phones warranty policy may either be returned for repair, use the expidented RMA policy, or be exchanged for a different phone. Quad-Band-Phones does not offer refunds for phones delivered. These policies are outlined in the RMA/ Returns Terms below.

DOA Returns Policy
-A unit is defined as DOA if it is delivered with structural defects, has internal components which are malfunctioning, or has firmware/software which is integral to operation that is not functioning and which can not be replaced/adjusted/compensated for.
-The policy for the return of a phone classed as DOA are as following
1. The customer must report the nature of the defect to Quad-Band-Phones within 48 hours after receiving the unit
2. Quad-Band-Phones will communicate with the customer in an attempt to remotely diagnose and repair the problem if possible
3. If repairs are impossible, Quad-Band-Phones will open a RMA case with the unit within the order
4. The customer will receive an email with instructions, an attached RMA form, and will follow the instructions given within the email and form.
5. The customer chooses which form of compensation they wish for their RMA order. Repair/Replacement, expedited RMA, or an exchange of models.
-Repair/ Replacement option
1. The customer informs Quad-Band-Phones that they wish to have their unit repaired or replaced
2. The customer pays the shipping cost to Quad-Band-Phones, and needs only include the unit itself without the standard accessories that came with the unit
3. When the unit arrives, Quad-Band-Phones will repair the unit, or replace the unit if repairs are impossible at no cost to the customer
4. Quad-Band-Phones will return ship the unit to the customer at no cost to the customer
5. Quad-Band-Phones will refund the shipping cost the customer paid to return the unit back to their account
-Expedited RMA option
1. The customer informs Quad-Band-Phones that they wish to have their unit replaced using the expedited RMA policy
2. The customer pays the shipping cost to Quad-Band-Phones, and includes the unit and all the standard accessories that came with the unit with the package
3. Quad-Band-Phones will issue the customer a coupon worth the original shipping price to be used in repurchasing the original model bought to cover shipping fees to the customer
4. The customer purchases the original model bought using the issued coupon
5. When the RMA package is received, Quad-Band-Phones will inspect the unit, refund the customer according to the following chart (minus the cost of any missing accessories).

-Exchange of models option
1. The customer informs Quad-Band-Phones that they wish to have their unit replaced using the exchange of models policy
2. The customer pays the shipping cost to Quad-Band-Phones, and includes the unit and all the standard accessories that came with the unit with the package
3. Quad-Band-Phones will issue the customer a coupon worth the original shipping price to be used in repurchasing the original model bought to cover shipping fees to the customer
4. The customer purchases a model of their choice using the issued coupon
5. When the RMA package is received, Quad-Band-Phones will inspect the unit, and refund the difference including the original shipping cost to the customer according to the following chart (minus the cost of any missing accessories and a 10% restocking fee + 4.95 USD processing fee due to changing the order to a different model).

Units Covered by 1 Month Warranty Policy
-A unit is defined as covered by the 1 month if it is reported later than 48 hours of delivery of having internal components which are malfunctioning not due to normal use, or has firmware/software which is integral to operation that is not functioning and which can not be replaced/adjusted/compensated for.
-The policy for the return of a phone classed as covered by the 1 month warranty are as following
1. The customer must report the nature of the defect to Quad-Band-Phones within the allotted warranty time
2. Quad-Band-Phones will communicate with the customer in an attempt to remotely diagnose and repair the problem if possible
3. If repairs are impossible, Quad-Band-Phones will open a RMA case with the unit within the order
4. The customer will receive an email with instructions, an attached RMA form, and will follow the instructions given within the email and form.
5. The customer chooses which form of compensation they wish for their RMA order. Repair/Replacement or expedited RMA. The customer may not exchange of models.
-Repair/ Replacement option
1. The customer informs Quad-Band-Phones that they wish to have their unit repaired or replaced
2. The customer pays the shipping cost to Quad-Band-Phones, and needs only include the unit itself without the standard accessories that came with the unit

4. When the RMA package is received, Quad-Band-Phones will inspect the unit, and refund the customer their original purchasing price (minus the cost of any missing accessories)
5. Quad-Band-Phones will not refund the shipping cost the customer paid to return the unit
Units Not Covered by 1 Month Warranty
-The policy for the repair of a unit classed as not covered by the 1 month warranty are as following
1. The customer reports the nature of the defect to Quad-Band-Phones
2. Quad-Band-Phones will communicate with the customer in an attempt to remotely diagnose and repair the problem if possible
3. If repairs are impossible, Quad-Band-Phones will give the customer an estimated cost of repair for the unit.
4. The customer will receive an email with instructions, an attached RMA form, and will follow the instructions given within the email and form.
-Repair of non warranty units
1. The customer pays the shipping cost to Quad-Band-Phones, and needs only include the unit itself without the standard accessories that came with the unit
2. When the RMA package is received, Quad-Band-Phones will inspect the unit, determain the price for repair, will add the cost for return shipping to the customers address, and will send a link which the customer will use to pay for the repairs
3. After payment is confirmed, Quad-Band-Phones will repair the unit and return it to the original address
Buyer's Remorse Returns
-A unit is defined as a buyer's remorse if the unit is working order under the warranty policy but the customer decides that they do not want this unit. The customer must inform Quad-Band-Phones within 5 days after delivery to qualify for a buyer'r remorse return.
-The policy for a unit classed as a buyer's remorese return are as following
1. The customer must report that the phone is a buyer's remorse return within 5 days
2. Quad-Band-Phones will communicate with the customer in an attempt to acertain the problem
3. If the customer is unwilling to keep the phone, Quad-Band-Phones will open a RMA case with the unit within the order
4. The customer will receive an email with instructions, an attached RMA form, and will follow the instructions given within the email and form.
-Exchange to a different model using a buyers remorse return
1. The customer pays the shipping cost to Quad-Band-Phones, and includes the unit and all the standard accessories that came with the unit with the package
2. When the RMA package is received, Quad-Band-Phones will inspect the unit, and issue credit in the form of a coupon for customer their original purchasing price (minus the cost of any missing accessories, USD 15 shipping fee, and a 10% restocking fee)
3. The customer may use the coupon towards the purchase of a new phone.
4. In the case that the new order is less expensive than the credit received, Quad- Band-Phones will refund the difference to the customer's account
Note To Drop Shippers and Resellers:
Please familiarize yourself with our warranty policy or feel free to ask us in advance if you have any questions. We need to work together to make sure that your buyers understand the warranty policy that we provide so that there aren't any mismanaged expectations. Your buyer should send the return directly back to us, but we won't use quad-band-phones.com in the address so that won't give away that you're sourcing through us.
This Warranty Procedures page is part of our Terms and Conditions that you agree to when placing a purchase. At that time you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these procedures.
